About Endo (creator of The Slow Lane)

Endo is the heart of The Slow Lane, a lifelong cannabis consumer, a passionate organic grower, living soil educator, and creator who explores the connection between nature, wellness, and the endocannabinoid system. With a mind for deep diving into complex topics he helps people understand how to grow cannabis in living soil, how to manage their environment naturally, and how to use plant medicine for balance and self-care.

At 46, Endo’s path began with chronic back pain and a search for real healing. That journey led him to plant-based wellness, DIY cultivation, and a deep respect for the way soil health reflects human health. His work blends science and story, from living soil microbiomes to cannabinoids, terpenes, and mindful cultivation practices.

As a detail-oriented educator and creator, Endo simplifies complex topics like cultivation, FECO, and the ECS so that anyone can apply them in their own garden or wellness journey. The Slow Lane is not about doing less. It is about doing things with purpose, patience, and respect for the natural rhythm of life.
